Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (If ordered before 1pm). Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Order processing times may be delayed during peak season , such as holidays, or other times when we’re experiencing a high volume of orders (Such as COVID lockdowns).

Please allow up to 3 additional days in transit for delivery. If your order’s shipment is delayed significantly, we will contact you via email to notify you.

Potential Delays and COVID-19
The health and safety of our employees and customers is our top priority. We’ve redesigned our order fulfillment center to comply with government/state recommended social distancing and personal protective equipment guidelines.

We will notify you when your order is shipped or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. At this stage, please allow time for order processing.

You will then receive a shipment confirmation email notification once your order has shipped. The shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number or a Royal Mail delivery confirmation code.

Domestic Shipping Rates
Shipping fees for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All orders over £30 qualify for free domestic shipping to addresses within the UK.
